The Teapot has become a widely collected
item among many cultures throughout the centuries. I enjoy making Teapots for the tradition it symbolizes
and for the challenge it provides me in creating unique forms. The series of Teapots seen below are all handmade, functional
works of art.

This Teapot was by far the most challenging form I have designed.
The spout is entirely built of slabs and the handle rolled from a
delicate slab of clay.
Handpainted with underglazes, wax resist, sgrafitto tooling, stain and
glazed for functionality

My favorite Teapot yet!
This form portrays the tradition of tea drinking while keeping
its contemporary design characteristics.
